• It is checked by hand, usually within a day: a real company, an engineering role, and a stipend or salary that is stated.
• Then it goes on the board with your company’s page, where students searching for roles like it find it. If your careers page is one we can read, every new internship and entry-level role you post there is picked up automatically from then on.
• It is free. No listing fee, no paid placement, no account to create.

• Engineering roles — software, data, AI and machine learning, hardware and embedded.
• Internships, and entry-level jobs that ask for under two years of experience.
• Paid roles only. Unpaid internships, certificate-only schemes and anything that charges the applicant are turned down.
• Your own company’s roles. Recruiters and staffing agencies posting for an unnamed client are turned down.
