How InternDoor works
A free board of engineering internships and entry-level jobs in India, for students and fresh graduates who keep finding the good postings two days late.
Where the listings come from
- A vetted list of employers. InternDoor watches the openings of a fixed list of real companies — product companies, banks, chip makers, research labs and funded startups. A posting from any employer not on the list never appears, which is how course sellers and unpaid “internship” schemes stay off the board. The numbers page shows how many listings were turned away.
- Engineering roles only. Software, data, AI and machine learning, hardware and embedded roles, with other engineering-adjacent roles filed under Misc. Sales, marketing and operations internships are left out.
- Internships and entry-level full-time jobs. An entry-level role that asks for two or more years of experience, or is titled senior, lead or manager, is refused.
How fresh it is
- Checked every 30 minutes, day and night. Each listing shows when the employer posted it, so you can see how early you are.
- Listings expire after 30 days, or sooner when the employer’s own page stops accepting applications. An expired role’s page points to the company’s other open roles instead of vanishing.
- Links are checked. An apply link that has stopped working takes the listing off the board the next day.
How to apply
- Always on the employer’s own posting. Every listing links to it, and that posting is where you apply and the source of truth. InternDoor never takes applications, never forwards resumes and never charges anyone.
- What InternDoor writes. The short summary, the duties and the skills on each listing are InternDoor’s own reading of the posting. Pay, dates and experience are shown only when the posting states them, and never guessed.
- No signup. Nothing on the site is tied to a person. Saved applications live in your own browser.
