• 2-4 years hands on technical knowledge with Amazon Web services (AWS)

• Infrastructure-as-Code tools with Terraform or equivalent
• Database(s) e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL, RDS, Mongo NoSQL
• Monitoring and Alerting Tools such as PagerDuty, Datadog, CloudWatch, Logz.io or equivalent
• Bash and python scripting
• IP networking LAN & WAN
• Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
• Knowledge of malware/spam/network threats

• AI-assisted development tools e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor and able to apply them responsibly to improve productivity
• GenAI tools such as GitHub CoPilot, Cursor
• Compliance frameworks (SOC2, FedRamp, etc.)
