• Hands-on experience Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience supporting cloud-based production environments
• Working knowledge Working knowledge of building or applying AI agents to improve DevOps, CloudOps, automation, or operational efficiency
• AWS cloud environments Strong experience designing, building, and operating systems in AWS cloud environments
• Container technologies 2+ years of production experience with container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS ECS
• Unix/Linux Strong experience working with Unix/Linux operating systems and shell scripting
• Networking fundamentals Solid understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP, networking fundamentals, and cloud connectivity concepts
• High-availability Experience designing or supporting high-availability and fault-tolerant architectures
