Required

• Proficiency in MATLAB with extensive experience in: Algorithm development and prototyping, Signal processing toolbox usage, Data visualization and analysis
• Strong foundation in Digital Signal Processing (DSP), Radar fundamentals (FMCW, chirp design, Doppler processing)
• Experience with FFT, filtering, spectrograms, time-frequency analysis, Detection algorithms (CFAR, thresholding), Statistical signal processing
• Good understanding of linear algebra, probability, and signal modeling
• Knowledge of Micro-Doppler analysis for human activity recognition, MIMO radar, Angle-of-Arrival estimation techniques such as MUSIC, ESPRIT, CAPON, etc

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Automotive safety regulations (Euro NCAP Occupant Monitoring), Functional safety standards (ISO 26262)
• Experience in sensor fusion (radar + camera for driver monitoring)
