Required

• Troubleshooting Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort working incidents in a 24x7 global operations environment
• Netskope Hands-on experience administering Netskope (SWG, CASB and/or Private Access/ZTNA) or a comparable SSE platform (e.g., Zscaler, Prisma Access)
• Web proxy Web proxy/SWG, URL filtering and TLS inspection concepts
• Enterprise network Enterprise network fundamentals (LAN/WAN, routing, DNS)
