Required

• Experience 1–3 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations, Windows Server support, infrastructure monitoring or cloud operations
• Windows Server Basic knowledge of Windows Server and Windows operating system troubleshooting
• Windows Services Familiarity with Windows services, Event Viewer, Active Directory, DNS and DHCP fundamentals
• VMware Basic understanding of VMware, virtual machines, ESXi and vCenter
• Cloud Operations Fundamental knowledge of Azure or AWS, including virtual machines, monitoring and resource utilization
• Infrastructure Checks Familiarity with CPU, memory, disk space, connectivity checks and infrastructure alerts
• Monitoring Tools Exposure to monitoring tools and ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM platforms
• Incident Management Understanding of incident management, SLA compliance and escalation procedures
• Communication Skills Good communication, documentation and shift handover skills

• PowerShell Basic PowerShell scripting knowledge
• Certifications Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or AWS Cloud Practitioner certification
• VMware Monitoring Exposure to VMware monitoring and cloud dashboards
