Manage platform installations, upgrades, patching, maintenance, and lifecycle activities. Monitor system health, capacity, and platform performance
• Monitoring Strategy & Standards Design and maintain monitoring standards and templates. Define key performance indicators and alerting thresholds for routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and other network infrastructure. Implement baselining and anomaly detection strategies
• Configuration & Version Management Use Git for version control of scripts, configuration files, and automation artifacts. Maintain documentation and change history for production configurations
• Data Collection & Telemetry Configure and optimize Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP), Syslog, NetFlow, sFlow, IP Flow Information Export (IPFIX), and streaming telemetry. Ensure reliable collection, storage, and analysis of monitoring data
