Required

• Degree Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Experience 2 to 4 years of hands‑on experience in system‑level verification, configuring, deploying, and troubleshooting LTE/5G NR baseband and radio equipment
• PHY/MAC Layer Demonstrated experience analysing and troubleshooting performance issues at PHY/MAC layer
• System Level KPIs Working knowledge of system level KPIs (throughput, latency, resource load, QoS/QoE) and the ability to identify performance bottlenecks
• Linux Environment Experience working in Linux environments and overall IP networking
• Programming/Automation Programming/Automation/scripting skills (for example Python, Bash, Java). Understanding of CI/CD concepts
• Configuration Tools Exposure to configuration management and automation tools (for example Git, Gerrit, Jenkins)
• Academic Credentials All academic credentials must be from recognized and accredited institutions and are further subject to verification
• Verification Methods Continuously develop competence in relevant technical domains and modern verification practices. Apply AI-assisted verification methods

• Cloud-Native RAN Exposure to Cloud-Native RAN, O-RAN Architecture
• UE Simulators Experience with UE simulators, channel emulators, fading technologies and lab test tools

• Cloud Native Principles Knowledge of Cloud Native principles
• Software Development Software development skills, particularly in Java and Python
