Questions students ask
What degree do you need at Mastercard?
5 of 5 open roles ask for a bachelor’s degree, 1 accept a master’s. A degree level does not say whether current students can apply; that, and the exact requirement, is on each posting.
Where are Mastercard full-time roles based?
Pune and Pune Division. All are hybrid.

- Not stated
Taken from each posting’s own wording. A level reading “not stated” was not ruled out; those postings simply did not say. A degree level is not the same as being open to students: many roles need the degree completed, so check each role for student status and graduation year.
